When you think of the Hotline’s work you might picture teachers responding to callers on the phonelines. But a less visible, yet essential, part of our referral and advice process is maintaining the accuracy of more than 1,800 provider contacts in our database. Keeping this information current ensures we can confidently refer callers to you—whether you’re an RTO, library, community organisation or volunteer tutor.

The Hotline has dedicated and experienced teaching staff who maintain the accuracy of our nationwide database of providers. You may have spoken to them already.
