The Hotline will be celebrating International Literacy Day 2022 by publishing our new free resource Reader friendly communication: A guide to using plain language. This useful guide looks at using plain language. However, it also explores how to
- understand your readers
- design your message
- present your information in different ways to reach as many people as possible.
The Guide includes case studies of those currently providing a great model in making their communications more reader friendly. It is available on the Hotline website.
