ACAL supported by VALBEC have announced the latest keynote speakers for their bi-annual conference. These leaders in adult literacy, numeracy and digital literacy research and practice will offer key insights and innovative teaching strategies. Presentations include:
• Literacy in the Time of Artificial Intelligence with Professors Bill Cope and Mary Kalantzis
• Transformative potential: Innovative approaches to adult numeracy Dr Lorraine Gaunt
• Arch Nelson address: Lyn Wilson
The conference will take place in Melbourne on Thursday afternoon 4 September and all day Friday 5 September 2025.
