There’s still time to register for the NSW Adult Literacy and Numeracy Council Conference to be held on 12 December in Sydney. The conference is a great opportunity to explore new ideas and ways of thinking and working, catch up with colleagues from across NSW, meet new colleagues and build collaborations. The program is full of interesting speakers and discussions looking at some of the key issues facing literacy and numeracy practitioners. International keynote speaker, Dr Suzanne Smythe, from Simon Fraser University, Canada will explore critical implications of an AI future for ‘literacy as we know it’ and for adult literacy education.
