Libraries Tasmania and TasTAFE have released a free resource called the Adult Literacy and Numeracy Tutor Manual: From Research to Practice. The manual is in three parts and provides information on approaches for working with adults to build their literacy and numeracy skills. This includes information on specific challenges that may be encountered with some learners – trauma, dyslexia and developmental language disorder.
