03 Feb A useful teaching exercise
You can use SBS’ Lost for Words survey with your classes for a learning session on form filling, digital literacy, and using QR codes. The survey is intended to let SBS know how they can make their services easier to use, and to get feedback on Lost for Words.
Using the survey with your classes will help SBS get enough input to review the literacy demands associated with online access. The survey is available online with the option of Adam Nobilia narrating the questions, or in paper format. This makes it easy to adapt to a learning session on filling in forms, answering surveys, listening and digital literacy. There’s even a QR code that can be used to teach adults how to use QR codes. As a thank you, participants will also get the chance to win a $500 gift card.
