Welcome to the October Literacy Links newsletter from the Reading Writing Hotline. To our wonderful literacy and numeracy teachers -we hope that you managed to have a well-deserved and relaxing break.
In this edition we share stories from the amazing September ACAL conference, highlight Get Online Week and look at some exciting professional development possibilities. We also report on some light-hearted responses to our very effective Hotline jingle.
In another article we ask for your input around assistive technologies which we will develop into a resource which will be shared on our website. As a thank you, each person who submits a recommendation will go into a draw for a Hotline t-shirt and a $50 Coles/Woolworths voucher.
