2025 is an exciting milestone year for Adult Learning Australia (ALA). It marks the 65th Anniversary of their organisation and for their Australian Journal of Adult Learning (AJAL), as well as 30 years of Adult Learners Week.
As part of their 65th anniversary, ALA is gathering 65 messages to celebrate. We send our warmest congratulations. ALA has been a wonderful source of excellent literacy and numeracy webinars and workshops for teachers and other staff in the field. They have been an important advocate for adult learners, for access to literacy and numeracy, and for innovative formal and informal learning in the community.
