On Monday 2 September the Australian Council for Adult Literacy hosted an engaging webinar on Literacy Mediation presented by Dr Sally Thompson. Filled with insightful observations and analysis, the webinar explored what literacy mediation means, who does it and its importance for people with literacy challenges.
Dr Thompson also explored the critical role of public policy and initiatives especially for people who have literacy challenges and live in communities made up of other non-readers.
The recording will be uploaded to the ACAL website and accessible to members (another good reason to join ACAL).
