In 2021-2023, almost half of callers responded to broadcasts: 43% from television – including 5% from SBS TV’s Lost for Words series and 6% from radio, 25% from the website, 9% repeat callers, 6% word of mouth and 9% from other sources – brochures, posters, social media and recommendations.

5c In the period July-December 2023, 35% of callers were aged 25-44. This was closely followed by the 45-64 year age category with 29% of calls coming from that age group.
