Registrations still open for the Community Colleges Australia (CCA) Conference

There are more than 43 speakers and 17 breakout sessions. Speakers include NSW & Commonwealth Skills Ministers, ASQA, TAFE NSW, NSW Dept of Education, Department of Employment and Workforce Relations (DEWR), Victorian Skills Authority, HSSO, Youth Off the Streets, Brotherhood of St Laurence, PwC Australia, Digital Skills Organisation, Reading Writing Hotline.
The afternoon of the second day has sessions particularly focussing on literacy. This includes
- A presentation from Robin Miles, Director Social Equity Works, on Provider Insights: The State of LLN & Delivery- Reading Writing Hotline National Survey
- A Foundation Skills Panel with Clare Sharp, DEWR; Vanessa Iles, Manager, Reading Writing Hotline: Jo Medlin, President, ACAL and ACE Providers.
Adult Learners Week (1-8 September)

ACAL AGM
The Annual General Meeting of the Australian Council for Adult literacy will be held on October 19th, 2022 at 5.00pm (AEST). Financial members are invited to attend.
